Wade is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience delivering practical, high-quality solutions for a wide range of civil engineering projects. A graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering, he brings steady judgment, deep industry knowledge, and a straightforward approach that helps projects move from concept to completion with confidence.
Over the course of his career, Wade has built long-standing relationships with clients, agencies, and project teams by consistently acting with integrity, clear communication, and follow-through. Those trusted partnerships have played a key role in the company’s continued growth—and in the kind of responsive, reliable service Landcor is known for.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys cheering on the Denver Broncos, getting out on his mountain bike, and relaxing with a good cigar.
President
Joel is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience spanning a wide range of project types—from large urban freeway design to residential grading and drainage, and complex commercial development. Born and raised in Arizona, he earned his B.S.E. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University in 2008. Joel is currently living in North Idaho.
When he’s not working, Joel enjoys backpacking, camping, and hunting, good food, and spending time with his family and church community.
Vice President
Nick has worked in the surveying industry since 1998 and is an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor with extensive experience across a wide range of project types and technologies. His background includes large corridor freeway design surveys, commercial and industrial construction layout, 3D mobile and static laser scanning, and NGS 1st Order procedures. With modern drone and aerial mapping capabilities, Nick has added speed, accuracy, documentation, and dependability to LANDCOR deliverables. Raised in Michigan, Nick earned a B.S. in Survey Engineering from Ferris State University in 2003.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys fishing, motocross, and spending time with his family.
