Mohawk Rose Commerce Park is a 15 acre commercial/industrial subdivision located in Phoenix at the intersection of 28th Street and Mohawk Road. LANDCOR provided consulting services from the initial re-zoning of the property through design, platting and completion of construction. The project involved typical subdivision improvements along with significant off-site water and sewer extensions. LANDCOR also provide site civil engineering for several parcels within the subdivision.
